Customer Portal – correct information simplifies business operations
Our customer portal provides our customers with constantly updated customer-specific data – such as stock balances, drawing revisions, production planning, product status, delivery addresses, delivery dates and shipment numbers.
Messages can be programmed to be sent automatically if any product information is changed. It is also possible to request changes and split orders smoothly and efficiently and, for example, send spare parts directly to the end customer in urgent cases. The data used by the system is easy to customize. Using the information provided on the customer portal, it is also possible to connect to the customer’s business system, thereby allowing our warehouse to act as an external warehouse.
