Whistleblowing Policy

This simplified whistleblower policy aims to provide an overview of how we handle whistleblowing. For a complete account, please read the full whistleblower policy at the bottom of this page.

Why whistleblow? At Stoeryd AB, we strive to maintain an open and transparent workplace where misconduct is not tolerated. Therefore, if you encounter any misconduct within our organization, we encourage you to report it through our whistleblowing channel. This channel enables confidential communication with us, allowing you to report misconduct anonymously without risking retaliation.

We use Visslan’s whistleblowing channel, which ensures your anonymity and high security, and can be accessed through this link: https://stoeryd.visslan-report.se/#/

Who can report? You can whistleblow if you are an employee, volunteer, intern, active shareholder, person otherwise available for work under our control and management, or part of our administrative, management, or supervisory bodies. Contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers who have become aware of misconduct can also report. The fact that you have ended your work-related relationship with us, or that it has not yet begun, is not a barrier to reporting misconduct.

What can be reported? The reporting is intended solely to report actual or suspected misconduct within Stoeryd AB that is of public interest. Proof is not required to report suspected misconduct, but it must be done in good faith. We also ask you not to report issues related to workplace dissatisfaction or similar, and instead refer you to the applicable procedures for such matters.

Note: Do not include sensitive personal data about individuals mentioned in your report unless it is necessary to describe your case.

Examples of serious misconduct that should be reported:

  • Deliberate incorrect accounting, internal accounting control, or other financial crime.
  • Occurrences of theft, corruption, vandalism, fraud, embezzlement, or data breaches.
  • Serious environmental crimes or significant safety deficiencies in the workplace.
  • If someone is subjected to serious forms of discrimination or harassment.
  • Other serious misconduct affecting individuals’ lives or health.
  • Other serious misconduct affecting the company’s vital interests.

What happens when a report is submitted? Our cases are initially handled by Advokatfirman Lindahl to ensure independent handling of cases, after which internal contacts with us may take over the case.

When you submit a report via the whistleblowing channel, a 16-digit code will be displayed, which you can use to log in later.

In your case, you will receive a response within seven days where the case handler may have asked follow-up questions through the encrypted chat function. They may also ask follow-up questions after these seven days. Therefore, save your 16-digit code securely to ensure future access to your case. You will receive feedback within three months on the follow-up planned or carried out due to the report.

It is important that you log in with your code from time to time to answer any follow-up questions from the case handler.

At most, a case will be processed for two years after its conclusion.
